"Total Lack of Support" Pros: Not much, software support is non existent. Cons: Crashes, locks up terminal, missing functions. Overall: We have had a case (#01116095) open since 1 Jul/22. I have made numerous follow up call and have been promised countless return calls. In over 2 months I have yet to receive a single call or given feedback or a status report on our problem. "Horrible experience " Pros: The company will sign you up and just forget about you Cons: They are a bunch of liers and Don't give a damn! Overall: They don't seem to give a damn! "Software update broke my til" Pros: Not much except their price but i guess i got what u paid for. Cons: After 2 years my pos til got an update and stopped working. It's been 7 weeks now and ive called 14 times. 8 times they tried to remotely fix it then never call me back. Overall: Horrible, especially their customer service when trying to get any help or a call back. Right now they wont even let me speak with the cancellation department or a supervisor. I literally have to go to my bank to do a stop payment.

"don't buy their hardware" Pros: I like the clock in/out features for payroll. and the style of the til is easy to use. Cons: I like the software, if only the company could provide reliable hardware for it to run on... two faulty touchscreens in 2 months..hours on hold... waiting weeks for replacements... Overall: I've only had bad experience so far...hours on hold. poor quality hardware...I hope it improves
