"More trouble than it's worth" Pros: Good visual design Customer reps try with what they are given Cons: Crashes constantly Doesn't connect to anything consistently Difficult to interface with Overall: Lost countless sales due to software failure. "Don't get used to it working" Pros: Pretty easy time set up and get working, good apps to make experie tailored Cons: But every update creates a new problem. System start off decent speed but it does not last. When you call and after waiting an hour on hold they 'trouble shoot' for 95min before they say sorry buisness hours are closed where you are.
