"Bad bad bad AVOID" Pros: Nothing, staff is not reliable and they lie Cons: I tried it twice, but I don’t like it. I just don’t like it. I had been trying to cancel the contract with them within 2 weeks of the purchase and I am being told that I cannot do that. "Not meant for middle to large businesses" Pros: Easy to navigate menu. Seems pretty straight forward. Cons: The constant "hang". Unable to connect. They keep adding features to the system without fixing the instability of current features and service connection. Overall: I am the shipping and receiving manager for my company. "Customer Feedback completely ignored" Pros: We purchased this software for better inventory control and its MYOB integration function. Cons: They have been unable to deliver with their functions relating to MYOB integration. I have raised many tickets outlining the issues. Some are outstanding since Dec 2020, another 10 months old and still unresolved, then 3 months old, again still unresolved. "Care plan con " Pros: Overall easy to use and works for us and the reviews overall we’re positive Cons: The customer support is terrible they have no clue how the system works. Have rang 10 time sift the same issue and they have no clue how to rectify the issue so gave up. Overall: Ok. They sold us the caer plan and said you can cancel after 12 months which we have in writing and now they are saying we are not able to cancel so a bit of a con.
"Not user friendly" Pros: I liked nothing about this software. The integrated CC was the only part of this that went smoothly Cons: No multiple product editing, any editing is very time consuming and cumbersome Overall: Our inventory was not uploaded correctly by Epos representatives and the editing was going to literally be one product at a time. "The most horrible customer service I had experience" Pros: Nothing. It's hard to like the product when the staff of the support team doesn't know what they are doing. Cons: Customer Support is horrible! I think the word horrible is under statement. It's beyond horrible. It's so hard to get them, they never call back when they said they would. "Absolute disaster" Pros: the only thing I liked about them is how easily their sales team make false promises and steal your money. Very capable Cons: I bought their services 3 months ago on a promise that they will help us implement this software in max 2 weeks time. 3 months down the lane they even failed to assign us an implementation manager but never failed to charge us for the subscriptions. their support team takes hours to respond to your calls and fails to address in the right direction. "POS system suitable for small retail outlets only" Pros: POSTouch screen , POS customer display. If it had of worked the intergrated eftpos Cons: Unfortunately EPOSnow is not at all suitable for medium to large retail businesses. There are many basic functions it is not capable of doing and those that it is capable of doing mostly require you to download and pay for additional apps.
