"Do not purchase for use in Canada" Pros: it looked like a good product, but the service sucked! Cons: This system cannot use different tax rates in different provinces in Canada. I was told during sale process that this was possible, but after buying I was told it was not. After EPOS confirmed this weeks after my purchase and called me a liar, saying I was told this during the sale, I called back as a new customer. I was told exactly the same false information again. "Fraud do not buy" Pros: Epos did not send the Epos, I canceled the product. They are still charging me every months. Cons: I called many times does not go through the customer service. Overall: He said you still have access the software we are still charging you a year. I DO NOT have the epos and I DO NOT have the access. THIS IS THE FRAUD.
