I love this credit union. Connie is always helpful, accurate and fast. She recommends ways to help you overall not just what you called in for. She has helped my husband raise his credit score from a 454 when he joined the credit union to now a 691.... he listens to her more than he listens to me! But her methods have been proven to work. We will forever be members

I have to say that Jamie McCollum is absolutely amazinggggg! I wouldn't have changed anything about our experience with her. She was so quick, knowledgeable, relatable, kind, helpful, driven, hard working, and so much more. She was not pushy whatsoever and either answered either our call or email within a very short period of time. There is not enough space for me to explain how amazing she is/was and how quick. We have been members for about 4 years and we love them. Whenever we need assistance we get good advice. The staff at the call centers are amazing always working with us when we need assistance with our accounts. When we call asking about different loans we get great advice from the loan office. Every person I have spoke with has been wonderful. The new system you have in place after applying for a loan is working great. Each and every loan specialists I spoke with were AWESOME.
