Once again Connie Brandt knocked it out of the park. I returned to Connie with a very time sensitive veterinary matter in hopes she could help me out. We have been members for about 4 years and we love them. Whenever we need assistance we get good advice. The staff at the call centers are amazing always working with us when we need assistance with our accounts. When we call asking about different loans we get great advice from the loan office. I joined this CREDIT union and a week later I applied for a loan and was approved. They don't judge you and they make you feel comfortable talking to them. My lender name is Heather and she is the best!!!!! Not to mention the place is really clean!!
