I joined this CREDIT union and a week later I applied for a loan and was approved. They don't judge you and they make you feel comfortable talking to them. My lender name is Heather and she is the best!!!!! Not to mention the place is really clean!!

A few weeks ago I tried contacting someone via phone about an issue that I needed help with concerning my account. I was on hold for so long that I decided to try the online chat service that was provided through the website. Within seconds of me clicking the link and asking a question there was a response. They keep changing my overdraft permissions. Their overdraft fee is too high especially for people who are low income and financially strapped.

We want our members be well aware of our fees, and as such, members receive information about this upon account opening, and they are also posted on our website.
