They keep changing my overdraft permissions. Their overdraft fee is too high especially for people who are low income and financially strapped.

We want our members be well aware of our fees, and as such, members receive information about this upon account opening, and they are also posted on our website. I love this credit union. I have been a member for years and will be a lifelong member. Jamie McCollum was simply a pleasure to work with on my account. It isn't often you can say that when dealing with financial institutions. She was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I have been a member of the Credit Union since 1976, even with all the name changes they continue to give the best service at both locations. I would not even consider using another institution for my financial needs. Katrina and Stephanie are the 2 that come to mind that have given me the best service.

worst service ever. I applied for a loan and they gave me such a hassle about it. It took two weeks of going back and forth between amanda and valerie then to find out they decline my app. Worst customer service ever. When you say they lean to everyone. NOT TRUE. The reason why I was declined was because I would not put my direct deposit with them even though I told them I would open a account. Beware.

My representative went above and beyond to bridge the gap between administration and he customers voice to make my unorthodox needs met. I have been a member for over 20 years and this is the best service I have been provided so far. Keep up the good work.

This credit union is the best I have never seen a credit union like before who is willing to help you when you first join, usually they make you wait 6 month to a year, and still may say no, but not extra they are just awesome, there logo on there sign your credit don't have to be squeaky clean for us to loan to you, well they are telling the truth, me and my husband and daughter joined and they gave my daughter her first car loan ever, couldn't believe it and they also help us out to me and my husband Lacey is our loan offi... read more
