I have been a member of the Credit Union since 1976, even with all the name changes they continue to give the best service at both locations. I would not even consider using another institution for my financial needs. Katrina and Stephanie are the 2 that come to mind that have given me the best service.

worst service ever. I applied for a loan and they gave me such a hassle about it. It took two weeks of going back and forth between amanda and valerie then to find out they decline my app. Worst customer service ever. When you say they lean to everyone. NOT TRUE. The reason why I was declined was because I would not put my direct deposit with them even though I told them I would open a account. Beware.

My representative went above and beyond to bridge the gap between administration and he customers voice to make my unorthodox needs met. I have been a member for over 20 years and this is the best service I have been provided so far. Keep up the good work.

I always have a good experience when I go to the Sterling Heights branch. Everyone there is particularly nice and helpful, especially Laura. In a matter of seconds she was able to straighten out a direct payment that was being taken from the wrong account. Thanks Laura. Everyone at the branch is always smiling.
