The staff were amazing and Kristina Brown was phenomenal…….!! Not only was she “on it” she went above and beyond in contacting me and making sure I understood what was happening, what I needed and followed up after the fact……. Michael Carr is great and the reason I say that is because he has patience. This is the second time Michael has waited on me and both times he has been great. Michael showed patience and understanding with the questions i asked and made sure I understood everything. When i left i was sure i made some good choices and felt confident in myself.
