I have to say that Jamie McCollum is absolutely amazinggggg! I wouldn't have changed anything about our experience with her. She was so quick, knowledgeable, relatable, kind, helpful, driven, hard working, and so much more. We have been members for about 4 years and we love them. Whenever we need assistance we get good advice. The staff at the call centers are amazing always working with us when we need assistance with our accounts. When we call asking about different loans we get great advice from the loan office. Every person I have spoke with has been wonderful. The new system you have in place after applying for a loan is working great. Each and every loan specialists I spoke with were AWESOME. I joined this CREDIT union and a week later I applied for a loan and was approved. They don't judge you and they make you feel comfortable talking to them. My lender name is Heather and she is the best!!!!! Not to mention the place is really clean!!
