I have been banking with this credit union since 2023 I believe and at first it was fine but when I started to fall on hard times the fees were ridiculous for over draft! They don’t when give you a second before they instantly hit you with their “convenience fee” of 32 dollars! I have paid them more than $1300 in fees just last year alone! My sister passed away in February of 2024, I have been appointed the Rep Payee for my nephew by SSA, my nephew is autistic and wanted to stay where his Mom banked-I have tried a few time to open an account and today I have the papers from SSA appointing me as his Rep payee with the check and I was told by Crystal (nice person) that you need the court GDN papers-I asked SSA and called 5 other banks and CU and NO ONE asked for the GDN except Extra being Extra- the manager Mallory is in a meeting, there’s no one else that can m... read more

We applied for a loan for the 4th time. Well we knew we weren't going to get it. They told my husband that we always come back for a loan to pay off our credit cards. That's is a bull face lie. Then she says we need to go through greenpath and cancel all of our credit cards to even to be considered approved. And it wasn't guanteed. I'm am tired of them dictating what we need to do. I apply for my loan online and after 3 days l didn’t hear from anyone…..l went into the credit union and explained what happened and it was 3 days the young lady Olivia looked into the loan process and took care of everything for me.
7 yrs and now they will chew you up and spit you out...rude and disrespectful
Ok, You should really change your slogan that says that you have millions to loan. I am so disappointed in this business...as soon as I pay off my car loan that I have there I will be closing my account. You can't even look at a person's track record and their trustworthiness as opposed to their credit score wow if that's not judging a book by it's cover. And I'm quite sure that you have other members who have the same feelings...You should really get to know your members and not just what a credit score looks like.
