Once again Connie Brandt knocked it out of the park. I returned to Connie with a very time sensitive veterinary matter in hopes she could help me out. In a matter of about 7 lightning fast hours, Connie was able to lock everything down and get me the assistance I needed to have my 4 legged friend taken care of on an emergency issue. We have been members for about 4 years and we love them. Whenever we need assistance we get good advice. The staff at the call centers are amazing always working with us when we need assistance with our accounts. When we call asking about different loans we get great advice from the loan office. Every person I have spoke with has been wonderful. The new system you have in place after applying for a loan is working great. Each and every loan specialists I spoke with were AWESOME. I joined this CREDIT union and a week later I applied for a loan and was approved. They don't judge you and they make you feel comfortable talking to them. My lender name is Heather and she is the best!!!!! Not to mention the place is really clean!!

A few weeks ago I tried contacting someone via phone about an issue that I needed help with concerning my account. I was on hold for so long that I decided to try the online chat service that was provided through the website. Within seconds of me clicking the link and asking a question there was a response.
