My representative went above and beyond to bridge the gap between administration and he customers voice to make my unorthodox needs met. I have been a member for over 20 years and this is the best service I have been provided so far. Keep up the good work.

This credit union is the best I have never seen a credit union like before who is willing to help you when you first join, usually they make you wait 6 month to a year, and still may say no, but not extra they are just awesome, there logo on there sign your credit don't have to be squeaky clean for us to loan to you, well they are telling the truth, me and my husband and daughter joined and they gave my daughter her first car loan ever, couldn't believe it and they also help us out to me and my husband Lacey is our loan offi... read more

I always have a good experience when I go to the Sterling Heights branch. Everyone there is particularly nice and helpful, especially Laura. In a matter of seconds she was able to straighten out a direct payment that was being taken from the wrong account. Thanks Laura. Everyone at the branch is always smiling.

Do not use this company especially if u blk. They are crooked. U will owe them the rest of your life. I had serious issues.. I call to talk to someone they say we will have someone call u back.. 6 months. No return call. I let loan go unpaid to see if they will call.. sure as shit they called. They reported on my account a payment over 30 days which is not true.. they are crooked.. dont get a loan from these ppl

Mark Milligan is nothing more than a spineless turd in a suit. He is completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and petty. Do not deal with him unless you prefer to be spoken to like a servant. He is unhelpful and horrible at his job.

I have been banking with this credit union since 2023 I believe and at first it was fine but when I started to fall on hard times the fees were ridiculous for over draft! They don’t when give you a second before they instantly hit you with their “convenience fee” of 32 dollars! I have paid them more than $1300 in fees just last year alone!
