7 yrs and now they will chew you up and spit you out...rude and disrespectful

Ok, You should really change your slogan that says that you have millions to loan. I am so disappointed in this business...as soon as I pay off my car loan that I have there I will be closing my account. You can't even look at a person's track record and their trustworthiness as opposed to their credit score wow if that's not judging a book by it's cover. And I'm quite sure that you have other members who have the same feelings...You should really get to know your members and not just what a credit score looks like.

Just a bit disappointed... We had a situation where we had to change the account numbers for direct deposits from the SSA. We did everything we were supposed to do, and everything seemed OK since the monthly checks continued to be deposited. Then 2 months later we receive a notice from the CU that the checks were still being sent with the old account numbers and that they would no longer honor that. So, we scrambled to contact the SSA and resubmitted the changes again, because they had no record of the initial changes done ... read more

Two tellers working and a line out the door. I shouldn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes to deposit money. I will be withdrawing all of my money and giving my business to a different credit union with better service. One woman was at a teller the entire 30 minutes I was waiting in line which left one person to handle the line. So much for a lunch break, DO NOT use this credit union. Good thing they closed the Sterling Heights location and didn't bring the workers over where they are obviously needed.

I been waiting for a call back for a week now every time I call to talk to Valerie she never answer then wen I try to switch loan offers then she call a few hours later then don’t hear from her again to a few days later I been a member for two years this is horrible way of doing business and no excuse for not getting back with me when I go inside it’s always empty please don’t go here horrible process in getting results

Do not recommend. My son I applied for and auto loan. Besides the round around he got I did also. No returned calls. I left messages. No emails received. Upon vehicle inspection. Truck has a tailpipe and no muffler. Michigan does not need to pass emissions. I even asked if I took it too a certified mechanic would they approve the loan and the girl said she could not answer that question. Well if a vehicle is certified as safe tjeni should be able too get a loan. But I will not advise anyone to deal with extra cred... read more
