We applied for a loan for the 4th time. Well we knew we weren't going to get it. They told my husband that we always come back for a loan to pay off our credit cards. That's is a bull face lie. Then she says we need to go through greenpath and cancel all of our credit cards to even to be considered approved. And it wasn't guanteed. I'm am tired of them dictating what we need to do. I apply for my loan online and after 3 days l didn’t hear from anyone…..l went into the credit union and explained what happened and it was 3 days the young lady Olivia looked into the loan process and took care of everything for me.

Ok, You should really change your slogan that says that you have millions to loan. I am so disappointed in this business...as soon as I pay off my car loan that I have there I will be closing my account. You can't even look at a person's track record and their trustworthiness as opposed to their credit score wow if that's not judging a book by it's cover. And I'm quite sure that you have other members who have the same feelings...You should really get to know your members and not just what a credit score looks like.
