I had a storage locker at this facility for 7-1/2 years. The level of service here was always excellent, and I particularly enjoyed and appreciated all of the efforts made by assistant manager Mark. He has excellent communication skills and provides very good customer service. My personal business required me to move my things out and off to another city, but I will always look back fondly on these last few years when I was storing my things at this well-run facility in El Segundo.

Have had two units here for years. Very responsive and great employees. If you ever need help ask for Mark - he is super helpful and has helped me with great service for years.

I can't say enough great things about the Extra Space Storage in El Segundo! I've had a unit there for 7 years and highly recommended them! The units are clean with great climate control. Mark and Lisa are always so helpful any time I have questions or concerns they are there to help! Thanks again for keeping all my treasures safe!!!

Mark was extremely helpful and gave us a tour if three units before we made a decision. Clean, and perfect location. Carts are located inside, easy access.

My husband and I just got a storage unit here and had a wonderful experience with Irene who was very friendly and helped us set it up quickly. They also have a great promo happening right now so love the price!
