Maintenance is an issue. Garage doors and elevators are constantly out of order and the district manager takes weeks to approve repairs. Apparently local storage places are the way to go...at least they don't have to wait for management approval on repairs. Public Storage was no better in my experience. The roof leaked soaking all my boxes, and they offered to comp a half of a month's rent. For the price you can do much better. Go locally owned.
