Lisa is so great! She's a good person, a friendly host, and both she and Mark gave several customer courtesy calls that made me look forward to moving my things in. They respect the privacy of their tenants and overall hold good values around community. Easy move in process and clean unit. They inspect the units twice a day for break ins or lock changes.

My sister went to the El Segundo location to sign up for a storage space. Mark was very helpful and friendly
It's the safest & most secure storage facility in the area however the drive-in gate is inoperable or inaccessible more often than it is functioning and available for use. Being able to drive-in to offload into my storage unit was the main feature prompting me to rent a unit at this location and it's not something I'm frequently even able to utilize.
We got a space there for our office. We were greeted my a gentleman by the name of Mark Yob. He was very friendly and super nice to us. We loved the location of the whole storage place because it's close to our office. Mark was very helpful and nice
Had the best expeience here. I sadly forget the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was amazing!!! As was the maganger on duty. Thank you guys so much for allowing me to leave my car out front for early flight and moving it for me. This saved me so much of hassel and uber fare. I appreciate it very much!! Emily
Storage Space is easy, efficient and friendly! The Supervisor Mark is very informative and conscientious. He made the process of signing up and getting set with a location see less. Very good experience and I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
After shopping around at all the different storage options, we decided on this one, and I am so happy we did! Mark greeted us warmly and helped us with kindness and efficiency. Within a half hour, we were all done and ready to start loading in our stuff! Extra space storage has made it very easy to keep all of my extra stuff organized. I see their supervisor, Mark, constantly checking to make sure that each unit is properly locked. Awesome to know that they are keeping all of my stuff safe!
I recently decided to rent a storage unit here as I prepare to move into another place for the meantime. I easily went online to reserve a unit 3 weeks before I actually was aware that i needed one and let me tell you i am glad that I did.
