Adrian was amazing, super attentive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. It's also great that Extra Space Storage is a month to month rental and you're not locked in to a long term contract. The El Segundo location is also clean and conveniently located.

So far so good. Super easy to get set up. The assistant store manager, Mark Yob, was pleasant to work with and very helpful over the phone. He had our unit reserved, prepared and ready, provided us the info we needed, and we were moving items in the next day. Facility is very clean and convenient. From what I can tell in my first week of use, there aren't the usual suspects hanging out that you sometimes see in many storage unit facilities.

We've had a small storage unit at this facility for a couple of years. We just closed out it space. Plenty of pros! First, convenient location. We fly into LAX and zip here to pick up the stuff we need for work. Perfect for that. Great lady at the front desk. She always seems a little overworked but she's friendly and efficient. Cons. -Limited parking. We've always found a space though! -Hilly parking. Our dear friends, Skippy and Drew (both former employees at Extra Space Storage) referred us to Lisa as the El Segundo location is not far from us. Lisa took us on a tour and showed us the unit which is well located and for a great price. Mark took care of the final touches when we actually finalized the unit. Lisa is so great! She's a good person, a friendly host, and both she and Mark gave several customer courtesy calls that made me look forward to moving my things in. They respect the privacy of their tenants and overall hold good values around community. Easy move in process and clean unit. They inspect the units twice a day for break ins or lock changes.
