Nice storage facility with close access to LAX -- important for me as I need my team to be able to access items for board meetings and events near the airport. Staff has always been friendly, cheerful, and most importantly, helpful. Parking hasn't been an issue for me, I guess because I come during off-peak hours, but the lot is a bit small (and on a hill, so keep an eye on your stuff so it doesn't roll). Most importantly, the facility seems safe to me.
I have not rented a space in 10 years. I assume you get the slick run around and finally get tired and rent the space. Not today. Mark and Lisa at the El Segundo store had great prices, great attitudes and love what they do. These people want to help me store my stuff. Their energy and enthusiasm, along with low prices, was great. I now look forward to visiting my storage unit on a dark hall, up a slow elevator because Mark and Lisa made it my home!!

I was in a pinch and needed to find storage same day at the end of the day and these guys came through huge! The facility is extremely clean and the nicest of any facility that I've rented from to date. Ask for Esther, she is the sweetest woman and is very knowledgable. Service gets 7 stars!
Needed storage for our corporate office nearby. Convenient and easy to get in and out using the back dock area. Lisa and Andrew were very nice to deal with.
the biggest complaint I have with them are the raising of the rates annually and I mean every year in the $40 range per month. i started on a 10 x15 in the $260 range up to $386 NOW. NICE FACILITY THOUGH .
I went back to Extra Space Storage for another storage unit because I was so satisfied the first time. Once again, they were super nice, gave me great service at a great price.
