Absolutely five star service! This place has a team that surely aims to please. The facility is clean and well kept. I see them monitor the building and when it came time for me to move, I had zero issues. They actually should have complained because I left a few items out by the trash can. I didn't know this was against the rules and was too far away to come back and clean so Mark (a sweetheart) told me not to worry he would take care of it for me. Now that's service! Great facility, super clean, and very easy to access. They have plenty of free "dollies" around the facility to help you move your stuff in and out. Customer service was really good. Mark was extremely nice and made the sign up process very easy. The one negative: They charge $13 a month for insurance, which they don't tell you about until you get there. If you have homeowners insurance you don't have to pay it but since most people don't carry their homeowner insurance info with them, you end up getting charged for it... read more

If you are looking for a clean operation with very dependable operators, Extra Space Storage in El Segundo is the place. Reasonably priced, clean, easy access, GREAT OPERATORS (Lisa and Mark), and very helpful. I was in a bind one day and Mark even helped me move things into my storage space. There were a few additional fees at registration, but apart from that, the monthly rent is really good for the service. From check in to check out, it was very stress-free. I stored belongings at this location for four months.

I like the El segundo self storage facility. Excellent service by Mark with great help and advice. Fast, clean and good location with easy access to your unit and great parking. Highly recommended. So glad I am there. Nancy w.

Nice storage facility with close access to LAX -- important for me as I need my team to be able to access items for board meetings and events near the airport. Staff has always been friendly, cheerful, and most importantly, helpful. Parking hasn't been an issue for me, I guess because I come during off-peak hours, but the lot is a bit small (and on a hill, so keep an eye on your stuff so it doesn't roll). Most importantly, the facility seems safe to me.

I have not rented a space in 10 years. I assume you get the slick run around and finally get tired and rent the space. Not today. Mark and Lisa at the El Segundo store had great prices, great attitudes and love what they do. These people want to help me store my stuff. Their energy and enthusiasm, along with low prices, was great. I now look forward to visiting my storage unit on a dark hall, up a slow elevator because Mark and Lisa made it my home!!
