Mark was extremely helpful and gave us a tour if three units before we made a decision. Clean, and perfect location. Carts are located inside, easy access.

Great storage facility & staff! Very Helpful! I've had storage units many places before, but none as professional, clean & accommodating as here. I recently lost my key & Mark stayed almost an hour after closing to drill the lock off my unit & get me situated with a new one.

Adrian was amazing, super attentive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. It's also great that Extra Space Storage is a month to month rental and you're not locked in to a long term contract. The El Segundo location is also clean and conveniently located.

So far so good. Super easy to get set up. The assistant store manager, Mark Yob, was pleasant to work with and very helpful over the phone. He had our unit reserved, prepared and ready, provided us the info we needed, and we were moving items in the next day. Facility is very clean and convenient. From what I can tell in my first week of use, there aren't the usual suspects hanging out that you sometimes see in many storage unit facilities.
