I've been renting here for a few months. They recommended me to move into a storage unit that did not fit all of my stuff. The day I moved in, it is over the weekend, I realized that the hallways were too narrow to get my mattress etc into my unit. Had to hold my other items elsewhere. No one was on site to assist with switching units AND their emergency line didn't work (can you imagine getting locked in a storage facility with no emergency line to call but 911, smh). Raised the price 2 times since Pandemic started. Not just once. No mercy. Painted the walls white, over isle names. Like a maze in there.

Passcodes don't work. Friendly enough service people who are not in the office when you need them. Main line is absolutely useless when (not if) you have a problem. A complete disaster. I regret signing up.

I'm not happy with this company, I have 5 months of rent and they raised the price without completing the nine months as they say or reach the year. They apologized for the mistake made by the company, they told me to call again to talk to the manager , she tell me not to lower my price and he makes me compare with other clients that have been longer than me. I am not happy with this company they stole my money , I do not read recommend to any , scammers!!!!
We have had multiple units at this storage facility over the past few years. While the people who run the facility are nice enough and the premises quite clean, I cannot recommend it for several reasons. (1) No matter what you are quoted on the internet, the price is only guaranteed for a limited time and then they continually raise the fees every few months. I agree with the other two recent negative reviews- they seem to be the only honest reviews. I'm disappointed & dissatisfied at this establishment. But coming from Yucaipa Secure Storage (on Outer Hwy 10 in Redlands actually) at least here at this business they have a Trash dumpster they allow the customers to use during business hours whereas the other one started locking up because they're too chicken shit to let the customers use. I have been a faithful client since 1989; for me having storage is a necessity, I live in a condo with NO storage. They CONSTANTLY raise your rent, like clockwork, EVERY 9 months. I have complained over and over and get nowhere. I am on a fixed Income and disabled; the increases are killing me. It used to mean something to be a long standing client, not to these people. While the staff may be great, corporate or who ever handles the rent doesn't care about its clients!
The worst storage! I paid over $200.00 per month; for that price, it was way too difficult to get one of the too few parking spaces available and then if you can, you have to move your filled cart (if you can locate one) up and down the steep slope, back and forth to your vehicle. Steer clear of this storage facility...way too cumbersome!
