It's pretty expensive for what you get, but I'm only rating it this high because the individuals who work here are very kind and helpful!

The customer service is great. Anne and Brian are incredibly friendly and helpful. The storage units themselves are small and plywood/wood, but the place is conveniently located for me. Parking can be a bit tough sometimes, but I've always managed to get something. May just need to wait a bit or park on the street.

Everyone so friendly and helpful! After a year here I can recommend. Clean and safe. Not temp controlled, but stays fairly even temp.

Everyone who works here is super nice and very professional. I didn't really know what to expect renting a unit for the first time and they were all so helpful and friendly every time I went in. I only had my unit for 2 months and just canceled because I moved into a bigger place and they were quick to cancel and save me some money. Super nice people. The only thing I'll say is it's not a temperature controlled facility and it is kind of humid so don't leave things that could get damaged by that in the units.
