They are super friendly here their customer service is 10/10 compared to all other units this one has been the best yet thank you Tim!

the staff are very friendly! however, note that the building is very old and only the larger (8'x9') units are truly ceiling height. also, the call center lied or had no idea about the sizing of the unit i booked. i was told it is 4'x4' and ceiling height, when i arrived the unit was about 3.5'x3.5' and 6' tall. please educate your call center appropriately so they provide customers with accurate information.

The customer service is great. Anne and Brian are incredibly friendly and helpful. The storage units themselves are small and plywood/wood, but the place is conveniently located for me. Parking can be a bit tough sometimes, but I've always managed to get something. May just need to wait a bit or park on the street.

Everyone so friendly and helpful! After a year here I can recommend. Clean and safe. Not temp controlled, but stays fairly even temp.

Everyone who works here is super nice and very professional. I didn't really know what to expect renting a unit for the first time and they were all so helpful and friendly every time I went in. I only had my unit for 2 months and just canceled because I moved into a bigger place and they were quick to cancel and save me some money. Super nice people. The only thing I'll say is it's not a temperature controlled facility and it is kind of humid so don't leave things that could get damaged by that in the units.
