I was actually going to get a space at public storage but happened to b at Extra space taking care of some other business. I went into the office just to inquire about rates, I was pretty exhausted and out of patience by that time in my day. Curi, the woman who helped me made me feel so comfortable and took immediate care of all my concerns. She made the experience so easy and tailored exactly to my needs n I was done licketty split. The workers were very helpful over the phone when I was first looking into the storage facility. I had an even better experience when I moved my items in! It was clean and quick. The only thing that was not ideal was that my unit was not well lit and it had creaky wood floors instead of metal or concrete.
Mike, Ron, and Curi were very helpful and friendly. I had to arrange one more storage space at the last minute, but everything went smoothly. My experience was awesome 👍
