Very positive experience at this storage unit. All the employees are super helpful and some even took the time to show me how to use the lock on my storage unit (on more than one occasion). Thanks guys!
Chris, Frank, Mike and Nick are all very helpful. If no one is at the front desk, you can call the number on the sign and they'll answer and help you with what you need (a cart, access to recycling, etc). Parking is free and easy if you can find a spot! Overall, it works well for our needs. Off-hours access would be great, but understand that it's not possible right now.

I rented a unit last year for an event that I was coming to town for. They were so accommodating and helpful, every staff member was great and I spoke with a few. They called me with package questions and paid close attention to detail with my needs. I will definitely be renting from them again!!
The manager Mike was GREAT!!! He helped me even when he was closing and gave me extra time to move in, staying with me 45 minutes after closing. He was a class act indeed and I am looking forward to working with him!!!!
The sign up process was very smooth. Its all done electronically so no annoying paperwork. They also have user friendly direct billing and online account management. The units themselves are modest, but priced competitively. No roll up doors like typical storage facility.

Nah it's alright. You wouldn't wanna go here at night but since they close so weirdly early that shouldn't be an issue anyways. We brought all our boxes and furniture here in between moving from one apartment in SF to the next. We chose extra space because it was conveniently close and cheap. The prices changed however after the first month and we ended up paying way more than we would've anywhere else. They were however always pretty helpful and understanding when we had issues with extending our storage unit lease etc
