I had a very positive experience. You do need to provide your own lock or purchase on site.
Super helpful customer service!
Clean facility and convenient. My unit has a rather large pillar in it which was slightly annoying but the staff was accommodating when solving issue. Staff on hand willing to help load if space is difficult to maneuver.
