Staff is great, was really convenient to move in. Great value for the price too as surrounding storage companies appear to be more expensive and they don't appear to have parking inside their facilities.

This location Extra Space Storage on Folsom St., San Francisco, is especially great! The office team there is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This is my second time using that location for storage, and my experiences have been extremely positive. The place is super clean, safe, easy access, and great value. Kudos to the team.

It has been a great experience each and every time I needed to visit my things. I moved in 2011 and just vacated today 3/31/22. It worked well for my needs!

The online signup process was seamless, my storage space is convenient and secure...but I've only been here 3 months and they are already raising my rate to twice what I initially agreed to. I know that it is in the contract that they can raise the rent when they need/want to, but it seems like a pretty big jump to me. Also be aware that you will pay an extra admin fee your first month and a monthly insurance fee. All in all, a more expensive spot than I was anticipating and I will be finding a new spot to store my things.

I often buy storage units and today had the pleasure of dealing with such an attentive manager Curi. One of the best experiences at a facility thus far. Customer Service goes so far with me. To have someone go above and beyond during a high stress day speaks miles about how serious she takes her job. The facility was clean and well maintained. The Bathroom was clean as well. All in all a 5 star experience

We've been storing household goods here since mid-pandemic. The staff has always been incredibly accommodating and responsive. In particular, Ben was a standout.
