Curry was SUPER helpful, efficient and friendly. I needed a spot ASAP - she helped me book the size I needed. It wasn't on the website, I'm so glad she took the time to accommodate me. Thank you Curry! She gave me a tour of the facility and walked me to the space. I forgot to bring a lock, she was kind to let me borrow one. It was a seamless first time customer experience.

I'm still a customer here after what feels like more than a few years. Great facility. Great staff. You can enter your code and walk right in and go straight to your unit without having to talk to any of the staff if you don't want to. I've spoken to their staff maybe a few times in the past 2 years. The last time was only to update my contact and billing info. Great! Can't beat the price and accessibility when you live in Soma/Mission (aka the land of perpetually small apartments).The neighborhood is what is... unsightly but generally as safe as anything in SF. They have good security measures in place. Been using my storage unit for all the things that don't fit in my apartment and haven't had any problems in the last year. Staff has been helpful when needed and they are open at hours that can work around weird schedules.

I needed a space for my tear-drop trailer and looked in three local cities, and found none. I need an extra tall door which is hard to find. I finally found Extra Space Storage in Rancho Cordova CA. Josh Dandridge was extremely helpful. He took time to walk me through the facility and found the perfect unit for me to rent. I highly recommend Extra Space for all storage needs.

The staff (Juan, Curry, Jamaica) here is so friendly and helpful, they helped make a stressful time easier. The space is easy to get in and out of, and the personalized access code made me feel secure. They offer a variety of sizes for storage spaces, and their hand trucks made moving smoother. Being able to quickly reserve a space was a lifesaver!

We had an emergency move this past weekend and Denise helped make it easier. She patiently showed us the empty units until we found one that worked for us. We actually had to change units and she was flexible and accomodating. The space is convenient and I feel confident that our stuff is safe while we figure out our next move (although, beware the 4pm Sunday closing time).
