We lost our new cylinder lock in our unit, somehow. We called and got an immediate answer from Jessica and she was quick to the rescue with a new lock. Her positive attitude about our situation made us feel much less embarrassed for something so ridiculous. Great customer service, again!

I have left reviews here on yelp in the past, since I myself like to check the yelp reviews for places and businesses that I plan to go to, but wanted to leave another one again here that I just left on google. Extra Space Storage is the best! I was looking for a place for my stuff, while I'm in the middle of moving and found this place on accident! Amanda, is the one that helped me out. I told her what I needed and she helped me step by step to get the actual space I needed at the right price! I appreciate her patience with me! We highly recommend the Easy Space Storage facility on Monument Blvd in Concord. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The staff has been very responsive to any questions or situations that have come up. If we need to rent space in the future, we will most definitely turn to this facility once again.

Mike the manager was amazing and communicative and kind. The storage spaces are as expected, a smidge pricy but that's just about everything these days! Thank you again Mike for making this such a great experience.

Jax was great as I was in a hurry and she had me into a new unit within a few minutes. The place is clean and I would definitely recommend since they have outstanding customer service.
Went in here today looking to switch my storage from a different provider. The lady I met Jax was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be getting my stuff together and renting from her in the future. She has exceptional customer service which you don't find anymore.
