I've been using Extra Space Storage for two years. great team members in the office they're very helpful and courteous. The property is kept clean!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love Extra Space Storage.

Have been renting there for over 2 years always clean and well lit. The elevators smell good too. Lost the key to my lock and they helped me out lickety split. Saved me all kinds of money on having a locksmith come out to cut the lock off. Super friendly and helpful. Mike and the office gal helped navigate paperwork and emails with 3 family members involved with one rental space. Super helpful!!! The best!!! This is what I remember customer service being all about. Thank you!!!

Michael really is the best! He makes the process pretty easy and is very thorough and makes sure that all questions are answered. I told him that if I still had my company, I would hire him in a heartbeat. As I drove up first thing in the a.m., Michael was outside the gates picking up trash. This is the cleanest facility and feels very secure.

I have been so impressed by the service, cleanliness and efficiency of the Extra Space Storage on Monument Blvd. in Concord, CA. We needed a storage space the day I put in the request and within minutes, it was booked and available, complete with a follow-up call from the facility to see if we had questions. The entire complex is spotless and well maintained. I'm very appreciative of how it all worked out so perfectly in such a short amount of time. THANK YOU MIKE!

I had good experience having my possessions for over a year stored in Extra Space Storage. It is well organized and clean place. The stuff was quite on top of everything, they even called me to let me know, that I didn't lock my storage properly, and that I need to come back to do it. Also, when I moved out of the storage, the stuff took care of my automatic payments immediately even without my notification. When I moved to the bay area I needed a storage place and this one was close to where I lived and looked clean. Some folks have mentioned that the units rental price would go up. I did experience the same thing, however, for how clean the facility is, and how friendly Mike has always been, the added cost didnt seem like a huge negative. I think mine went up $25.
