Wow, what a scam! I made an online reservation and it was supposed to be $60 a month for a 5x10 and first month half off. The people at the front desk then told me I have to pay a $20 administrative fee, $7 a month and then take two 5x5's rather than a 5X10. I had all my stuff with me. I told them nowhere in the terms and conditions did it say anything about the $20 admin fee or the two 5x5's. They couldn't find it either. I should have read the yelp reviews. Last summer I had to rent a storage closet for my father. Extra Space's rates seemed reasonable, plus the unit had plenty of room for his things. However, the customer service is very much lacking. I went in to pay for the unit, and had to wait ten minutes for the clerk to finish up with the person before me because 'the computer wasn't working.' After I rented a storage space I returned to access my space. .
