The facility is nice and you you often see staff cleaning the grounds and maintaining the inside of the facility. Unfortunately, the constant rate hikes are outrageous and not worth it. Within two years my rate has gone up 30%. The real stinger is the website is offering smaller units for 30 dollars less a month. Without knowing the rate ceiling I can longer be a renter at this facility. Guess it is time to Marie Kondo and give up on storage units.

One of my worst nightmares. Going to get my health again so I can get all my things out. Don't rent here you will regret it. I dropped off my money order in a envelope after hours and someone stoled it and they never did nothing to fix it. For a corporate storage facility it is what it is . Good location and clean . However it's seems to be every two months they are raising the rent to way high prices . Which has me in awe because their elevators are over two years past there last inspection date . High prices and unmaintained equipment are a no go .
If you're in a CRUNCH..... don't rent here! Even if you had time to continue looking for storage space, DO NOT RENT HERE! I'd already signed the contract before learning about the rodent problem on the 1st and 2nd floor AND also the electrical issues within individual units. If you are a single woman BEWARE of the baldheaded man with a horned like animal tattooed on his left arm. He's passive aggressive, rude, condescending, and ignorant.
Customer service Monday/ Memorial Day was poor. Access gate was left open / unsecured. Office appeared to be closed. Googled & Called the main number to speak with someone (this location's voicemail was full & not accepting any more messages. Nor did it refer you to another number to call). Reported gate. Do not rent from these guys. I've been here 4 months and they raised the price 17%! Pretty sure that's more than inflation... But a perfect rate for people to not notice with their auto-pay setup. These people rely on their customers not being willing to move their things out after a fee hike. So do yourself a favor. Don't give them the chance to do you wrong. Honestly this place is terrible, hard to find parking hard to find a bottom unit, elevator doesn't always work so then you're screwed. When you bring it up to the manager all they will say is I'm sorry I have no control over that and blow you off. They raise rents every month. Read the fine print this place and the manager is very untrust worthy they tell you what you want to hear and then screw you over again in the end. John, we do need to raise our rent from time to time in order to keep up with rising maintenance costs. When you are ready to vacate we require two days verbal OR 15 days written notice before vacating. If you advise the rental office of your intention to vacate before paying your final month, we will prorate your last month of rent so you pay only for what you use. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
They raised the rates on me by 15% in 5 months. I would not EVER rent here again for the simple fact of lack of customer service.

It's very disappointing to be penalized for being a long term customer. Short term, is great. Their prices are a bit lower than others nearby which got me in the door. What they don't tell you up front however, is that if you need to store your items for more that 5 or 6 months your rate will go up, and up, and up.
