Another great experience at the U Street location! The team there is truly amazing. I walked right in and was assisted immediately. The app is definitely a game changer, and makes the entire experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. Special thanks to Charles, Tiffany, and Aniya for being super helpful today and every time I've needed assistance!

Rental space was great in size , economically valued accessibility of security and convinced internally for moves is great , the building is old and have been vandalized concrete floors in hallways and inside units need sweeping moping and cleaning a somewhat better but overall the customer service is excellent in provisions.

Everything that I ever needed was at Extra Space. It was so convenient to be able to run out if I needed more boxes. Renae and Daniel went above and beyond to help me out with everything that I needed for my move.

Have been renting a unit with them for over a year and I appreciate how responsive and friendly they've been to questions/requests. Our rate had recently gone up and when I inquired about keeping it at our lower rate, they were very willing to make the accommodation.
I called and spoke with the manager on 9/30/22, and she was able to assist me right away. The place is clean and the staff is professional.
