DJ was extremely helpful when I had questions about a recent increase in my bill. They took the time to explain what was going on and helped get the rate lowered, which I really appreciated. Great customer service-- thank you for taking the time to help!

Another great experience at the U Street location! The team there is truly amazing. I walked right in and was assisted immediately. I have been at Extra Space for years and years. I have been in every size space and sometimes several. It has always been great and what made that especially so was the staff. Yesterday I met Brandon and asked for help with a situation. He was so nice and professional and solved it immediately. He called today to follow up--what more could I ask of any facility?? I am super satisfied.

Rental space was great in size , economically valued accessibility of security and convinced internally for moves is great , the building is old and have been vandalized concrete floors in hallways and inside units need sweeping moping and cleaning a somewhat better but overall the customer service is excellent in provisions.
