The storage facility was clean and easy to access. The store manager Tiffanne went out of her way to help us maneuver with our move out. She was friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. We will use this facility for our summer storage for my college student.

Awesome, I can't say enough kind things about Donald. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit, and supported me throughout the move our process. I would highly recommend extra space storage on 14th.

I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is. I'm eternally grateful to Tiffany and Renae for all of their assistance. Everyone was super friendly and their customer service is exceptional. Tiffany and Renae went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and were beyond helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend ESS for your DC storage needs.
Ease of use is the best way to describe my experience with the Extra Space. Getting the unit I needed at a reasonable price took less than 5 min. Additionally, their use of texting to give you all of the information you need to getting the electronic codes, receipts etc was extremely convenient. This is the 2nd time I have used their services.

This review is really only about excellent customer service. I came to see about my daughter's things in the storage unit. Once she was kicked out of the dorm because of Covid, we placed her things in storage, put it on auto pay, and forgot about it. I went to DC 18 months later and went to check on the unit. Turns out there was some kind of computer glitch and the business didn't know the contents of the unit belong to us. Great and super helpful for moving/packing supplies in the neighborhood! Manager is great, friends and was very informative.
Being on the go and traveling I needed a place to leave items while I traveled for three weeks. Spoke to Sophia Kirtz, she walked me through the enrollment process and the contract with ease in the end she also helped me donate items I no longer needed and couldn't take with me. A supreme example of customer service and going the extra mile to help me and I am eternally grateful to her and extra space storage.
Great place and extremely great service. The workers have always been kind and very helpful to me!
