It was a pleasure speaking with Melody. I had a problem with one of the units that I am renting. Melody assisted me without hesitation and handled my issue immediately. She was also extremely nice. Great customer service!

Everything that I ever needed was at Extra Space. It was so convenient to be able to run out if I needed more boxes. Renae and Daniel went above and beyond to help me out with everything that I needed for my move.

Have been renting a unit with them for over a year and I appreciate how responsive and friendly they've been to questions/requests. Our rate had recently gone up and when I inquired about keeping it at our lower rate, they were very willing to make the accommodation.

I called and spoke with the manager on 9/30/22, and she was able to assist me right away. The place is clean and the staff is professional.

The storage facility was clean and easy to access. The store manager Tiffanne went out of her way to help us maneuver with our move out. She was friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. We will use this facility for our summer storage for my college student.

Awesome, I can't say enough kind things about Donald. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit, and supported me throughout the move our process. I would highly recommend extra space storage on 14th.

I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is. I'm eternally grateful to Tiffany and Renae for all of their assistance. Everyone was super friendly and their customer service is exceptional. Tiffany and Renae went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and were beyond helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend ESS for your DC storage needs.

Ease of use is the best way to describe my experience with the Extra Space. Getting the unit I needed at a reasonable price took less than 5 min. Additionally, their use of texting to give you all of the information you need to getting the electronic codes, receipts etc was extremely convenient. This is the 2nd time I have used their services.
