Rented space from here starting from 07/01, the best service I got in Los Angeles! Especially Steve who at first explained everything with all details! And provide every step of process smooth, fast and professionally! Recommend it to everyone, exactly this location got Extra Space storage! ( also of course generous one month off deal! )

We had a great experience viewing multiple storage units with Adrian. Units were clean and storage access hours at the 3250 Olympic Blvd location are great. Adrian was super friendly and very informative answering all our questions. He also took his time showing us the multiple different units for the sizes that we were interested in.

I've been using the storage here since 2020. Great location, well maintained facility, ample parking. Customer service at this location has always been excellent. The agent at this location, Adrian, has recently helped me out twice. He is very pleasant and friendly, as well as efficient to work with. Was great to work with him.

I just reserved a unit by phone for my son and had such a great experience. I then spoke to Corina who is the manager and again, helpful and nice. I'm hopeful that the 1 star review issues of other locations (especially unannounced price increases) aren't universal We're off to a good start anyway. I'll keep you posted!
Corina the new manager is very helpful and accommodating. I needed some help with an issue and she made the adjustment and answered all my questions clearly.
