So I'm officially a Westside girl. I love this area so much and now that I've moved, I accumulated so many things and need storage Jocylynn hope I spelled it right... she's a shining star! I came across Extra Space who had a phenomenal promotion going so I couldn't pass it up! Jocylynn was very professional and pleasant to work with. Walked inside the storage really confused on what size unit I needed to store my stuff, Jocelyn who provided excellent customer service helped me with my storage needs. She showed me different unit sizes and the different prices that were available. I ended up renting a unit in this location because of the great customer service and just how clean and safe it felt to be able to store my stuff in.

I still have to go to storage about once a week, I think the staff has changed and I have to update my previous comments. The people working here now are both professional and friendly. The bicycle riding has stopped and rarely do I see someone without a mask. I also have a unit at Santa Monica Mini Storage, and I much prefer having to come here; the parking and the access hours are much better.

Excellent service! Damien and Jocelyn both helped me complete my rental and everything went smoothly. They were both very nice and attentive. The facility is is easy and convenient, even having a space inside on the 2nd floor.

I met with Amaya today at the location on Olympic Blvd. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about renting a unit! I was having trouble deciding what size would best accommodate my needs - and he alleviated all concerns! I felt very happy reserving a unit at this location - and look forward to updating my review in the coming months, as I'm sure it will be a great experience renting there.

Mario had helped us. It was pretty quick and easy. Walked in. Described what I needed to store (mattress and some knick-knacks). Showed me the proper space size. Got unit and lock. Done. Reasonable pricing. Very secure. Very, very clean. Mario was the man. Thanks again!

It's good and for us it was a temporary solution until we move into our new office. Good: -Clean -The elevator looks new -The staff are friendly -The units are sized correctly (when they say a unit is a certain size it is indeed that size-other storage unit places will say something is 5X10 and sometimes it can be 4X7 or another odd size). Bad: -The hallways are super narrow -There are never any carts (I am unsure where they are as I have walked through all the hallways looking for one and never have found one). ... read more
