Brie is the bomb of all bombs! Amazing service w/ an amazing helpful kind attitude! She clearly loves her job and it shows! I spoke with Karyna today and she was very helpful and did the best she could in the situation. I had a few questions that she patiently answered in detail. Overall, I'm happy with this storage location and when questions can be answered honestly and kindly, that keeps me here.

I don't often leave reviews but I wanted to this time around. I've moved in and out of my house several times for renovations, etc. People in storage facilities don't normally care the way your treated. They just want to make a sale. The kind people at Extra Space Storage were so accommodating and helpful. They also worked with you on the rate, finding the right unit that was convenient. The building and unit are clean and safe. Bree and Alex were awesome. I give them 4 stars !!

Brie at this location is great. She helps find the best price, best unit location and always had a positive attitude. Plus, they're seemingly one of the only storage facilities taking active steps to mitigate the wave of thefts on the Westside. I was impressed with their security measures. storage pricing overall in the Marina is on the high side, which is the only reason for 4 stars, but I believe corporate sets pricing for this location.

I've rented from this location off and on since 2000 and it has improved dramatically since Extra Space took over. It is ALWAYS clean, the staff is Friendly especially an employee named Gerson. He is nice, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they like most storage spaces are expensive but worth it, I highly recommend this location.
