David , Tina and Derek are the best ! They Are very helpful and takes the stress out of moving. I would definitely recommend this Facility the go about and beyond to help you move .
5-stars for the sweet and super helpful Terri! She was so welcoming and really listened to my husband and I's needs and accommodated us greatly. She helped us find the perfect space we needed (as we were a little clueless about what size we needed haha) and gave us a great deal and monthly rate. Customer service really comes first to them!! Overall our experience here was great and I would highly recommend them!!

Had a great experience with TerrI Homiston! Definitely felt welcomed into the location even at the last minute of the day. She was very helpful and confirmed many times that I understood how to use the facilities and how everything works. I've been at this place about two years, and have had great service here. When I've needed a little something extra, the staff here have tried their best to accommodate me. I also notice they take security seriously... if there's someone a bit sketchy trying to hang out after hours - these guys are on it and the problem is squashed. And the location can't be beat!
So great! I use the unit for temporary storage between school years, and this is my third year renting here. It's not the closest storage facility to my school, but a little extra drive is absolutely worth it for the pricing and fantastic customer service I've received here! Thank you, Extra Space, for making my life easier!
This place is great! the hours are really convenient and Terri at the front desk was so lovely and helpful I felt like I had a friend just after a few conversations. I used it as a temporary storage spot in between moving into a new place and the pricing was much more competitive than a UHaul box or POD.
Conveniently located, competitive pricing and they have solid hours unlike the last storage place I used. If you're on the westside in the Venice, Mar Vista, Marina Del Rey area this is the perfect spot. Right by the 90 freeway.
So far, so good! I see a few posts here regarding rate hikes after a "not-enough-time-has-passed-for-me-as-a-customer" time frame. I'll report back if that's the case for me, too. (I hope not.) At the time of this writing, it's noteworthy that ExtraSpace's Venice/CA location -- a big one at 81,000 sq/ft -- had a severe fire that required more than 300 firefighters and seriously damaged 1/3 of the facility.
