I had a great experience at this facility when I found myself in need of a last minute storage option. The guys that helped me were fantastic and so friendly. They came across as super helpful, not "salesy" as I've experienced at other places. The facility was clean and easy to access. Great customer service matters so much and they certainly got that right at this place.

Excellent service from Mayra and Will. Took the time to find a space with sufficient access for large equipment containers. Pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Service was good, representative was very nice, But it happened 4 me go there and I needed rest room but because the office was closed I couldn't use it. It gives you a hard time because you need to go to the Costco or star box

Got great personalized attention while I was selecting a unit. Haven't moved my stuff in yet or dealt with them long term-- if all goes well that will be the fifth star!

I wish I knew that they don't refund the prorated balance of the storage fees. But other than that, their staff is very helpful and courteous. The facilities were clean and safe however their dumpster was locked and not convenient to throw my cardboard boxes away. I only rented for 3 months here.
