Had a fantastic move in experience and love the facility. V (who was working in the front office) was INCREDIBLY helpful with my first visit and navigating the storage area. She went above and beyond to help with finding my unit, using the equipment, and making sure I had no issues with locking my unit when done. Also the space was larger than I had envisioned, so my things fit easily and I can store even more! Awesome, awesome - strongly recommend this storage facility! Thanks V!
Professionally courteous, the staff handled the introduction and enrollment very effectively and efficiently. I chose the one in Marina Del Rey. The units are well maintained, clean, easy to access.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a few levels of security to help ensure that your stuff is safe in the form of a code lock on the elevators.
Anthony was super fast and helpful. It was an easy and pleasant dealing with them. They explained everything and made sure everything worked before I left.
