Process was so clean and easy! There was no bait and switch, the price stayed the same as I got different quotes, easy move in, quick clean and easy. And the gate code worked on first try which is sometimes a rare feat!

I have utilized other storage companies in the past. The folks at extra space storage were knowledgeable, kind, personable and professional each time that I have spoken with them. They made the process very smooth and expedient… Something that I value very much since moving is very hectic to begin with! I absolutely recommend them.

Despite being paid in full and not owing any money, my belongings, including crucial legal documents, have been withheld from me for months.
