Run run run!! Unethical business practices and rude customer service. I put a unit on hold and paid a security deposit, or so I was told, of $50.89. Actually I think part of it was for a lock which my client had his own and using his own was approved. I asked for the name and number of the manager of that location so we could meet with him and was told he would contact me. When he didn't I responded to a text and asked for the info. They never responded. We never got the unit and yet they won't refund the $50.89. These peopl... read more

To say I am furious and sad is an understatement, but trying to leave my emotions to the side. These are just the facts. I rented my unit in October, rent increased $100 in December. February my indoor unit was broken into and 80% of my property was stolen. I was notified on a Friday, couldnt get their until Monday and even more robberies occured over the weekend. I moved into a storage unit in September last year, and they raised the rental fee 45% in December- literally 3 months later. Somehow, I never received an increase notification and was on autopay, so just found out about it. Needless to say, I will be vacating my unit shortly.

Short hours, rarely carts available*** While I don't mind the shorter hours, there are rarely carts available. I went on several different days to move in before finally using my own hanging rack to transport boxes to my locker. Rate doubled in three months*** After three months they doubled my rate - apparently they'd mailed a small "junk mail like" (their words, not mine) postcard informing me of the increase. Due to a bunch of break-in's, instead of hiring more security, they just cut access hours for their customers. Hope you don't want to get something out of your space on a Sunday after 3:45 because they lock the gates.

I am pissed! Had this storage many years and it's not only gone up majorly starting at $125.00 & now is almost $300.00. Insane! Now I show up to get my equipment and the gate hours suddenly changed totally without any notice and have gone from 10pm close to 5pm which is sooo whack and they wanna keep charging the same rates too. All hours of operation changed. And no notice, warning or consideration after many many years as a hood customer. Terrible service and totally screws with my access needed! I just went to access my unit that I've had for years, and the gate hours have changed entirely. Once open for me to access until 10pm, it now closes at 6 on weekdays and earlier on weekends! What the ? I'm an insomniac who chose this facility BECAUSE OF ITS ACCESS HOURS. I'm learning now that this is due to break ins? I haven't been to my unit in a couple of months. Is my stuff even safely stored still? I don't know! I hope they hire security and give us our original hours back. I will be forced to move my stuff elsewhere o... read more

Management does not have security. There are homeless living in the units and breaking into the units. Homeless are repeatedly coming in and out of the units with their luggage and duffel bags. If you look back there was 20 units broken into on February 19 which is why they locked the facility down. Instead of hiring adequate security at night they now only allow you to access your belongings for 6-8 hours out of the 24 hour day.

terrible storage establishment. they raised the prices and plan to continue raising prices bimonthly while also reducing the time available to access the facility. 24 hours in a day but we only have a 7hr window to access belongings. this is apparently due to security issues. you have to punch in an access code 3x you would think it would be somewhat secured.
