I just needed a very small space for a month but the staff was very helpful and the facility and space was clean. I also experienced no sketchy characters hanging out inside or around the property during my visits.

My experience with Extra Space is nothing short of exceptional! Cleanest, best value for money storage facility on the west side of LA. You can't go wrong dealing with Will, Tina or Mayra. You're in good hands with any of them! Highly recommend this place!!

I used to rent from this property nearly 20 yrs ago when it was StorageUSA. I was pretty dirty, but the employees were always very nice and fortunately never had any issues with my items, someone did try to break my lock though. I began renting a unit last year with new ownership and so pleased with the well-maintained property today. I just rented another unit this last weekend. And the staff is friendly and I'm so glad I'm able to pay rent online mo. to mo. or for the yr to lock in the low price.

From start to finish the people working here were so helpful and truly made my moving experience a delight! Ask for Tina! She is a real gem and was insanely helpful! Facilities were great and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This facility is right near my house, so it made perfect sense to rent from here. However, I happen to be very particular about the space I wanted. Sid, the salesman at Extra Space, was so kind, understanding, and patient with me. He went above and beyond, and made sure i found the exact right fit!! 5 stars, for the kind employees!

Best rates in LA. Super clean and organized place with ample flatbeds, lighting and convenient hours. Rented a place within 2 hours of my first phone call. They also sell things you may need like padlocks, wardrobe boxes, etc. Safe and secure. I also have a larger unit in Northridge. Good company.

I have received the best possible service. Tracy has a great attitude and went to extra lengths to make sure my unit was secure, he even stayed late to help me out with some billing issues. Would recommend this extra space for all friends and family! 5 star service.
