I find it unfair that the same 10x10 unit with elevator access is now being advertised for $387. I have been a customer of Extra Space for 10 years and I do not owe them any money. Recently, I was informed that my unit was auctioned off for $270 cash , which is the exact cash amount I had paid to Karla Garcia. I am requesting Extra Space to release my storage unit, legal documents, and any overpayments promptly. I believe I have been overpaying for my unit compared to current market rates.
