This was my first experience using a storage facility and Extra Space in Marina Del Rey is awesome!! From making the reservation online to checking in and then moving our stuff in, this place is really A+ (the rates were the best I found as well). John is the nicest person and helped me make and update our check-in appointment time over the phone. They are really responsive! This is a great storage facility. They have late access, which my last facility did not, and it is super clean. Maya and Derrick are very helpful and quite pleasent, it was a pleasure working with them. I wasn't sure what i needed or when and Derrick went ahead and reserved the spce at looked at with no obligation to rent it. I highly recommend this storage facility! Tell Maya, Laurie sent you.

Tina was AWESOME, it was my second experience dealing with Extra Space Storage, and honestly the previous one I used was managed by a very poor mannered individual which I had to call customer service to make a complaint about! But Tina McCoy made my day. So polite, so helpful and soooo professional. Highly recommend it people!
I work with the Wayfarer Foundation and we throw the annual Skid Row Carnival of Love. Extra Space Storage and their staff have gone above and beyond to give us a place to store the thousands of donations. The staff has been very helpful with our volunteers. We could not be more grateful to this business and their amazing staff. I wish we could give them 10 stars!!!
