I have had many storage units in multiple different facilities over the years & this is by far my favorite place to store. The staff is always kind, patient & very helpful. I like the area of the facility and have always felt confident that my things are safe. As my storage needs have evolved the staff has happily transferred me into new, more appropriate units. I highly recommend this company & especially this location to anyone in need of a storage unit.
I had a good experience with this location. The manager went out of his way to assist me with my sign up for my unit. I was late and the place was closed , he still opened the door to help me. I couldn't be more grateful !
December 30, 2024 | received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage? This storage space has short access hours (closes earlier than posted), will suddenly increase prices to anyone currently renting units, and questionable customer service. Last time we went employee Marissa spent thirty minutes trying to flirt with a customer who just wanted a storage unit while customers waited in line. Later saw customers in the parking lot with their full carts unable to get into the building but unable to access. Run run run!! Unethical business practices and rude customer service. I put a unit on hold and paid a security deposit, or so I was told, of $50.89. Actually I think part of it was for a lock which my client had his own and using his own was approved. I asked for the name and number of the manager of that location so we could meet with him and was told he would contact me. When he didn't I responded to a text and asked for the info. To say I am furious and sad is an understatement, but trying to leave my emotions to the side. These are just the facts. I rented my unit in October, rent increased $100 in December. February my indoor unit was broken into and 80% of my property was stolen. I was notified on a Friday, couldnt get their until Monday and even more robberies occured over the weekend. I moved into a storage unit in September last year, and they raised the rental fee 45% in December- literally 3 months later. Somehow, I never received an increase notification and was on autopay, so just found out about it. Needless to say, I will be vacating my unit shortly.

Short hours, rarely carts available*** While I don't mind the shorter hours, there are rarely carts available. I went on several different days to move in before finally using my own hanging rack to transport boxes to my locker.
