Valente was very nice. Property is clean. Good place but the dumbwaiter is the only reason I didn't give it another star.
I needed a storage unit because I do own alot of things and the process to get a storage was simple, staff was helpful and nice. I do like that it feels like the building is secured so I don't have any concerns with my items not being safe.

Didn't know this location wasn't climate controlled- big bummer not sure how I feel about it. The website needs to more explanatory for people like me that are new to the process. I started my rent online, which is cheaper to do that way... But now I wish I had gone in person and spoke with someone so that I wouldn't have gotten what I actually wanted. Jocelyn was great. Jocelyn was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what size storage unit I needed. She not only showed me multiple units, but also locations on site as well as the elevator. She broke down costs for me and offered her contact number for follow up if I needed it. Once I rented my unit, she was there when I ran into questions and was available by phone and came in person to help make sure I was taken care of on site.
