The on-site manager, Justin, is AMAZING! Nice guy all-around: listens to you, explains stuff, willing to assist you in any way he can. Clean, "user friendly" facilities. Having access to storage unit 365 days a year is a HUGE selling point.

I recommend this storage. I’ve rented at the Burbank location like 3 or four times in the past, and I’m very happy found them. I’ve been a customer for about 20 years
