Jocelyn was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what size storage unit I needed. She not only showed me multiple units, but also locations on site as well as the elevator. She broke down costs for me and offered her contact number for follow up if I needed it. Once I rented my unit, she was there when I ran into questions and was available by phone and came in person to help make sure I was taken care of on site.

The manager Jocelyn A. was very helpful in showing me different units that would fit my moving and storing needs. They were patient and thoughtful. They were especially helpful given that my online reservation was cancelled, but I never received the notifications prior to cancellation. In terms of the space, the indoor units seem well protected from the weather. I may update this review after storing my belongings for some time. Also, FYI - the front office closes 2:30-3:30pm for lunch.
