The manager Jocelyn A. was very helpful in showing me different units that would fit my moving and storing needs. They were patient and thoughtful. They were especially helpful given that my online reservation was cancelled, but I never received the notifications prior to cancellation. In terms of the space, the indoor units seem well protected from the weather. I may update this review after storing my belongings for some time. Also, FYI - the front office closes 2:30-3:30pm for lunch.

I was happy with the space and the service. This is a very good business. The access finds the right balance between the need for security and the need for convenience. The staff s really interested in the needs of the customer.

Much better than the competition. Cleaner, better service and easy to deal with. This location also is carpeted and has early open and late access.

Checked out a few storages before this one, and wow, is it hard to get ahold of an actual person on the phone. This one answered right away, answered my questions, and were ready to take me on a tour and show me the units after I reserved one online. All of the buildings were super clean, looks like they put new carpets, and the actual units were very clean. The manager, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing.
