Susie and Beth have made my father's and my experience at the Extra Space Santa Monica Blvd. at Van Ness location wonderful for the many years they have been managers there. They are kind, super compitent and truly caring. They always made us feel like they remembered us, which, in deed, they really did. The staff is always the best. Units are clean, little on the pricey side but all storage unit nowadays are way more pricey so I'm not too upset by it.

I went in on a Saturday morning and was assisted by Beth and she was an exquisite help. I explained what needed to be in storage and the size I was looking for. She showed me what they had available and it wasn't what I was looking for, but she went that extra mile to see if any other storage locations had what I was looking for. She assisted with the paper work and gave me the whole break down about the storage. I was out of there within 20 min. Absolutely great!!!
