Vicky at Extra Space Storage was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, patient, and incredibly informative. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, gave me a full tour of the space and different unit options, and even took the extra time to check other locations to see if anything fit my budget. She was easy to talk to and made the whole process feel stress-free. I'm genuinely happy she's at this location -- she made a big decision feel simple and reassuring. Highly recommend working with her!

Great customer service. The location is easy to find and is in a great location, not far from where I moved from. I'd like to specifically mention Susie and Vicki for helping me. I am in transition and had to extend my unit, and they were very understanding. They have provided great service to me. They answered all my questions and made suggestions on the type of unit I needed.
I've been a customer a few years now, The manager Karen is one of the most professional and amazing people I've ever done business with. Very safe too. 6 out of 5 stars !!
