Great customer service. The location is easy to find and is in a great location, not far from where I moved from. I'd like to specifically mention Susie and Vicki for helping me. I am in transition and had to extend my unit, and they were very understanding. They have provided great service to me. They answered all my questions and made suggestions on the type of unit I needed.
I've been a customer a few years now, The manager Karen is one of the most professional and amazing people I've ever done business with. Very safe too. 6 out of 5 stars !!

Susie and Beth have made my father's and my experience at the Extra Space Santa Monica Blvd. at Van Ness location wonderful for the many years they have been managers there. They are kind, super compitent and truly caring. They always made us feel like they remembered us, which, in deed, they really did. The staff is always the best. Units are clean, little on the pricey side but all storage unit nowadays are way more pricey so I'm not too upset by it.
