If I could give Susie a 6 star rating, I would definitely do it with no hesitation. I'm in the process of moving and I needed some extra space. I came to this location and Susie made my moving process seamless. She took the time to get to know my needs and went above and beyond. Her customer service is impeccable. She treats you like a friend and not just like a customer. If you're in the market for extra space, check out this place. But most importantly, ask for Susie. She is the best.

This storage facility is the best! Susie and Beth are so thoughtful, responsive, helpful (and patient!) especially during COVID. A great place to store all your stuff. My highest recommendation.

I had to get emergency storage because our original plans fell through due to people getting COVID. Suzie not only sorted me out with a brilliant space, she also made sure everything was ready for me to just bring in right away. It's great to have people that do their jobs with pride.

I run a non-profit, and have been storing all of our assets at Extra Space Storage on Santa Monica Blvd & Van Ness. They have been absolutely the best... especially during these trying times dealing with Covid-19. Susie & Beth have especially been very attentive and ar consummate professionals with all our business. I highly recommend this location and their brilliant staff. Thank you!

Beth was soo helpful today and patient -I had forgotten where my storage was and lost my lock, as you can probably tell I was stressed about my move but she was personable & it really made me feel at ease. Thank you Beth!!

Oh I love this place . I always get the first month free, even as a returning customer . The place is safe, air conditioned and just easy for the customer . I wouldn't go anywhere else to store my things . I've used this company in LA & Miami and both experiences were easy, affordable and cancelling when I no longer needed it was a breeze.
