I shopped around for the most affordable storage facility. Not only was Extra Space the cheapest, it has the best customer service hands down. Ray was so friendly and helpful. He helped me find the perfect size for my needs. The location is also a lot nicer than some of the facilities I have seen elsewhere. I will definitely be recommending this specific location to friends and family.

I yelped Extra Space Storage and I read all the reviews that were written. I have to say that if I need a storage facility again I would use Extra Space Storage. Wendy and Ray are so helpful and very professional and extremely nice. The service and prices are GREAT! Wendy was so, so nice and went over the contract agreement showed me the units and helped in every way! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to store their belongings. I was referred to Extra Space Storage by another vendor that dld not have space at their location. I liked the email confirmations from Extra Storage and my initial visit to the site was stress free. Raymond orientated me to the billing process, took me to see the unit and assured me my move in would be stress free. On my moving day I was able to have my movers park in front of the entrance and load off my contents and load into my storage unit in about an hour. Ray and Wendy are amazing!!!!!!!! I would definitley use them again!! I had a small issue and they helped me out out of the kindness of their heart! I had no issues with the place!!! LOVE IT!

Wendy and Ray manage this property extremely well, and I found them both professional and likable. I had nice chats with both of them. They take pride in the upkeep of the location. They were always eager to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!), and returned phone calls in a prompt manner. The place feels very secure. My experience with Extra Space Storage at 5825 Santa Monica was simply AMAZING. The staff had great attitude from the beginning and knew the meaning of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my first time renting a storage unit and all of my questions were answered while they also gave me a walk through of all the necessary details I need it know. The manager Wendy and her staff left me with peace of mind that I have left my personal items in GREAT trusting hands.

This extra space storage is great because of the people that work there. Wendy and Ray are amazing and the only reason why they are getting a lot of customers. I've been going here for over a year and seriously I really love Ray and Wendy. They are personable and kind and very accommodating. They also keep the facility very clean which is a huge plus and always have a can do attitude. Definitely the place to go for storage needs.

This place is amazing. I found out I had to put my stuff in storage about 24 hours before I was supposed to be on a plane and gone from LA for 2 months. Ray in their office got me set up with a bigger space than I needed for only $1/mo more, gave me the first month free (a walk-in special), and gave me the internet prices even though I was a walk-in. Best of all, he gave me 24-hour access for one night to get moved in. Usually 24-hour access is only available to commercial accounts. Wow! Ray is the best! He also waited patie... read more

It's clean, great location and Wendy the manager is very gracious. A few things I don't like is that it's not air conditioned which during the summer it's very warm in the hallways. The other thing I don't like is that Wendy charged me the highest rate until I told her I looked online, then she went online and gave me a better rate. I was also very dissappointed to find out that after only renting for 5 months my payment has now gone up $15 more!!
