This place is great. Secured gated access, plenty of parking, HAND TRUCKS!!! for easy moving, and the storage units are indoors so you don't have to worry about the weather effecting your belongings. Susan is amazing. She accommodated all my needs and is super nice. She makes the process so unbelievably easy. When I rented the place, it took less than 30 minutes to be show the different unit options and to get set up in my own storage unit. I rented a unit from this location when I was moving to LA and had way too much stuff. Raymond and Wend, the managers on-sit, are always super helpful. The day I arrived, my friend was also renting a unit, but she was held up and would not arrive until after the office closed. In order to facilitate our move-in, they were able to put both units under my name and the next day we transferred my friend's unit to her name. Lifesavers! Great facility. Staff was very nice and helpful. Moving is stressful and they helped make everything run smoothly. Wendy called within 2 hours of my making the reservation (it was a same day in a panic kind of a reservation) and everything was handled. The elevators are great. The facility is clean and safe!

This place is WAY BETTER than Public Storage and WAY MORE SECURE. Ray was really helpful on the move-in day. Everything is really clean inside and it smells nice. I would never use another place to store anything besides Extra Space Storage for as long as I'm in Los Angeles. Highly recommended for the area!

The service and price at Extra Space Storage can't be beat! Jose and Michael treat their customers very well and made everything as seamless for me as possible. The process of getting set-up was super easy and you can tell they value their customers. Thanks guys!

Easy and fast reservation system, friendly staff and the document signing process was fast, all electronic and 100% hassle free. The space is just perfect for my needs but slightly expensive but then again, the location is maybe worth it since it's pretty close to my apartment.

Wendy and Ray are really nice and helpful. I kept my stuff at Extra Space for almost four years and everything stayed clean and safe and getting stuff in and out of my unit was really easy. I would definitely rent there again. Rates are decent but they do fluctuate (mostly go up) for long term rental, so every five months for newer rentals/customers or every nine months for long term rentals/customers.

I had to quickly search and secure a storage space and Extra Space's online prices caught my attention. Not only was their customer service friendly and accommodating but they also honored the online prices when I called to book. So relieved I found a good unit with such personalized service :)
