I recently rented a small storage unit to hold several boxes and some camping gear that I needed to store temporarily. About a month ago, the building had a sprinkler leak and there was a very slight amount of water on the floor of my unit. I was contacted promptly and encouraged to come check out my belongings. Amazing customer service and incredibly helpful. I had a renewal for a unit and the Service Rep Justin was awesome and able to help me. Great place to do business and much appreciated.

Great location , clean and great staff very helpful. Great ingress and egress. Gates are open from 6 am to 10 pm seven days a week.

We have used this facility for several years. Used for storage as well as RV parking. The staff have always been super helpful and accommodating.

Extra Space Storage is an excellent facility, the one in Lake Forest, CA is well managed, clean, reasonably priced (for the short term) and easy to use. All facilities raise their prices after 4-6 months, but I have noticed they raise theirs more slowly than others I have used. Strongly recommend.

I meant to write this review a few months ago. I just wanted to give a shout out to the young man behind the counter, Kevin Rodriguez, who did a great job assisting me. My key for my lock had broken and got stuck in it. Kevin went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and to get me inside of my storage unit as quickly as possible. This was my first experience using storage and man did the manager (kinda older, glasses, bald head) help me out a lot. Kyle was also another one who helped when needed made my request a priority. If you guys need storage def go here as the facilities are cleaned and the front office of people working here are great and have nothing but smiles alsong with great service
I have used Extra Space Storage since last June. Their service has been awesome. When i had a misunderstanding with the billing, they took care of it promptly. Now I can pay it manually and it's made it much easier. Today it was pouring rain and the customer service representative went out twice to help me make sure the gate would open properly.
